HOW DO I RECEIVE MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS?
If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Just select your product from the drop-down menu on the product page, then click the “Add to Cart” button. Follow the easy steps to complete your order, and we’ll get your items ready and send you a tracking number.

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
All products undergo a production process, and therefore, a handling time will apply to each item.

- Within United States: Free shipping on all orders.
- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2PM (GMT-08:00) (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.
WHAT IS THE TRANSPORT TIME?
- Estimated Delivery: 3–4 Business days.
- Business Days: Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.
- Important Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or logistical issues.
WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable.
- Refund Process: Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order cancellations are allowed only within 1 hour of placing the order. After 30 minutes, the processing of your order begins, making cancellation no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@sleepten.com immediately after placing your order.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately via email with your name and order number. We will make every effort to update your address and locate your package before it ships. While we cannot guarantee changes once the package leaves our warehouse, we will do our best to accommodate your request!
